1. What are my options to make a booking?
You can make your reservation online clicking HERE. You can also book by phone on 0800 NUMBER. You will need a credit card to guarentee your booking (Please note your credit card will not be charged, this is just to confirm your reservation)


2. Do I pay when I make a booking online?
No. We only take your card details to guarentee a reservation. Payment is made on arrival


3. Can you pay by cash?
Yes. Cash is acceptable on arrival


4. How can we pay for our booking?
You can use either credit/debit card, cash and travellers cheques.


5. Do you have non smoking rooms?
Yes


6. Do you have double rooms?
Yes. All of our rooms fit a double bed unless stated otherwise.


7. Do you have smoking rooms?
Yes


8. Do you have wireless internet?
Yes. We have FREE WIFI so all you need to bring is your laptop/computer.


9. Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are strictly forbidden except guide dogs.


10. What time can we check in?
Check starts at 2.00pm


11. What time is check out?
Check out is anytime before 12.00pm


12. Can we watch a movie in the room?
Yes. We have a DVD player in the apartment however you will need to bring your own movies or rent them from a movie store.


13. Can we arrange a late checkout?
Yes, late checkouts are available on request and subject to availability.


14. How many people are allowed in an apartment?
A maximum of 4 people are allowed in 1 apartment.


15. Do you provide cots for babies?
Yes, cots are available upon request.
